"Holding writing workshops to improve communication skills of students and organizations is one of the services of PIA," Nessia said.
Besides, the sound of Barangay Tangke rings a bell to the PIA Cebu team. It has a reputation of "not so good things" however the team believe there has to be some good news somewhere in the place.
That reputation was confirmed by the school in charge, principal of Tanke National High School Fermo Resgonia.
In his welcome remarks, he said the place is considered as one of the most depressed areas in Talisay City.
"I hope that through this workshop, you will help make this barangay become beautiful," he said.
